Terms of Use
These basic terms apply to the current Creature Lab browser game at creaturelabs.net.
Permission to play
You may access and play Creature Lab for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not misuse the site, interfere with service, distribute harmful code, or falsely claim ownership of the game or its assets.
Local saves
Progress is stored on your device. Browser changes, storage clearing, device loss, private browsing, or software failure can remove it. Creature Lab provides export and local-recovery tools, but you are responsible for keeping any backup you need.
Availability and changes
The game may be updated, balanced, interrupted, or discontinued. Features and compatibility can change. The service is provided “as is” without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
Ownership
Creature Lab’s name, code, text, artwork, audio, characters, and other original materials remain the property of their respective owner. These terms do not transfer ownership to players.
Purchases
The current browser release does not include purchases. Any future paid content, donation, license, or refund terms will be presented before payment and these terms will be updated as needed.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Creature Lab is not liable for indirect losses, lost local progress, or device and browser issues arising from use of the game. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so local law may provide additional rights.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
